Package weights vary and are sold by the pound.
Special orders are possible. 
Unfrozen, kidneys, "cheek" meat are but a few of the special customer orders.

Pure, lean ground Texas Longhorn beef is available in approximately 1 pound packages. Great for burgers, spaghetti sauce, tacos, meatballs, meatloaf or whatever you can imagine.  This is the best buy and most versatile. The only limit to the use is your imagination.

ROASTS
Very generous cut, widely versatile and extremely easy to prepare.  Can be used as a beef roast or in lots of different soups and stews.  Put it in a crock pot, season to taste and let it cook. In 3-4 hours you will have a very tender, delicious meal.  Add carrots, onions, garlic, tomatoes, cabbage, other vegtables, noodles and your serving will have a flavor you will find irresistable.
