A QUARTER FITS A LOT OF PEOPLE!
A quarter beef is $3.60 per pound hanging weight, which is about 140 pounds. The economical way to purchase beef is in bulk and is designed for those who might not have a big freezer to put the beef into. Additionally it gives you, the customer, an option of serving the selections and portions as you want. Obviously, when you cut a quarter, the front and rear sections contain different selections. We have looked at those cuts and are pleased to offer a quarter with the following steaks, roasts and ground beef. Quantities and weights are approximate.

| If you compare the cost of premium ground beef, steaks and roast, the saving is over $100 for the quarter! And this gives you the option of package size, steak thickness, with or without a bone, fresh or frozen, and you may even substitute some cuts! The quantities listed are based upon 1.5" thick steaks. Quarters must be pre-ordered with a small down payment. Columbine Manor typically uses a heavy-duty shrink wrap, is USDA inspected and pre-frozen to ensure quality. Texas Longhorn ground beef is 93+ % lean.
